Limited 1-Year WarrantyAll products made by Sleepypod carry a Limited 1-Year Warranty. All of our products are manufactured under the highest standards and are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for 1 years from the date of purchase or as long as the original Purchaser owns the product (proof of purchase is required), whichever is shorter. This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, use during competition, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials, seams or components which may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to normal "wear and tear" of the product. If the product is found to be defective, Sleepypod's only obligation and the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. MiscellaneousMy warmer does not appear to heat upThe warmers are very low power and designed with your pet's safety first. It will at most only feel slightly warmer than your own body temperature. It will feel warmer where your pet is lying on it. If left out in the open it will not feel warm at all as the small amount of heat it produces quickly dissipates in the to surrounding air. Similarly the areas that are not covered with a pet will also stay cool to the touch. Our test is to roll a towel up and cover the warmer while it is installed in the bed and let is run for at least 10 minutes. If should feel warm under the towel. If not then something is wrong.
